Making & Handling Time
Every PEIMI board is made by hand in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting, quality inspection, and protective packing before your order ships. During peak seasons or large custom orders, handling may extend by a few days — we will confirm the timeline on WhatsApp.
We photograph each finished board before packing so you can see exactly what is leaving our studio.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted international couriers. Standard and express options are available for most destinations. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp or by email so you can follow your board door to door.
Rates are calculated by destination and package weight. Send us your country and postcode on WhatsApp for a quick shipping quote.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Each country has different rules, so we recommend checking your local customs office for estimates.
Boards are packed in recycled cardboard with paper-based cushioning to reduce weight and environmental impact while protecting the resin surface during long journeys.
