Quality Guarantee
Each board is inspected, photographed, and carefully packed before it leaves our studio. If your PEIMI board arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the photos you approved, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Because every board is one of a kind, we cannot replace with an identical copy. In those cases we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.
Return Window
For non-defective items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The board must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Custom and personalized orders — including custom sizes, colors, engraving, or wholesale branding — are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Custom Orders
Custom boards are made to your specifications. We share design mock-ups and photos for approval before shipping, so please review carefully. Once a custom piece is approved and shipped, it is not eligible for return due to change of mind.
